Each piece is handcrafted and carefully packed. Here's what to expect once you order.
Made to order
Most pieces are produced after you order, so lead times vary by maker and by the complexity of the work. Typical timelines:
- In-stock pieces — usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-order sets — generally 1–3 weeks to craft before they ship.
- Commissions — quoted individually when we discuss your piece.
Your order confirmation will include the expected timeline for your specific piece. If anything changes, we'll tell you personally.
Worldwide shipping
We ship internationally. Orders are sent tracked and insured, and packed to protect delicate carved and cast pieces in transit. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and the size and weight of the piece.
Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by your local customs authority.
Returns & exchanges
- In-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- Made-to-order and one-of-a-kind pieces are crafted specifically for you and generally can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or not as described.
- Commissions are non-returnable, as they're made to your specification.
Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right — a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
